The coffee bean won’t be digested by mongoose and the whole coffee beans will
be out in the form of mongoose droppings. In the stomach, mongoose does not
digest the coffee and only ferment the coffee. This is why luwak coffee has fragrant

Gayo Coffee- Aceh

Aceh: Gayo Arabica coffee, which comes from the Land of the Southeast Gato Aceh
& Gayo Lues, and another favorite coffe is the Ulee Kareeng Robusta coffee,
which comes from Pidie district, region and Geumpang Tangse, West Aceh. Gayo

processing is still done traditionally and organically. Wamena coffee smells
good and tastes very sweet, that is why it is one fine quality coffee. For some
people, the taste is similar with Jamaica Blue Mountain Coffee but with less caffeine
